Practically nothing.

The receptionist was unable to communicate to us in English. The rooms are all not ready even though I called her twice - in the afternoon & 1 hour before arrival 1900 hours. Some of the room keys are faulty. Toilet bowl faulty and water pressure was bad. In fact, one the rooms was flooded due the faulty waterpipe.

Big room can accomodate my family of 5. Whole property is huge but there is security at the main enterence, very open space, back to nature. Very simple breakfast but good vale for money. A plcae good for holding large private fuction.

Whole place a bit run down, lacking in maintenance, no phone in room to call reception, need to walk all the way to the reception, breakfact is located beside reception but room are far away. Lack english speaking staff.

Large properties and nice view of the mountains (not from the room though). Good food.

The room we stayed was quite old and rotten, especially in the toilet. Need room renovation.

Nice Mountain View and the room is spacious.

Property was old, bedsheets weren’t clean but when we called reception, they managed to change room for us. Bathroom is very old with spiders. Small selection for breakfast and the resort will charge you 3% if you pay credit card.

Surrounding area is beautiful.

Lack of attention to detail, room not clean. There were spitballs on picture frames and staining on furniture and bed linen.

Almost nothing...

Staff not friendly, room not as advertised, bath in bad condition, no small towels provided, not English channels TV, no continental breakfast, no fresh milk for the coffee. I booked the hotel by credit card, but for the payment they ask 3% extra charge??? After 5 minutes fighting with the credit card terminal they said: No connection, you have to pay cash! I didn't have enough cash in Thai money and asked if I can pay by USD, the answer was NO. Do the customers must be responsible for their card terminals???

The area around the buildings.

Cleanliness, breakfast, facilities, TV channels (only Thai). Staff was not very friendly, no smile on their faces. Got a bungalow in very bad condition. After complain we got different room for extra money???Pictures from the booking site not showing the real condition of the room.

We were all alone in the new luxery room at the huge swimming pool. That was nice. But when it is full you do not have privacy there. These new rooms are nice, although with things broken and a dirty shower curtain.

First we had a very old and poor bungalow. Badly maintained. We upgraded. The park is huge. Too huge to be cozy. There were no other guests , but if so it can be very crowded. It is made for family holidays . Definitely not for backpackers without transport. We felt trapped there without any transport available not even to the park. The staff did not talk a word of English, try to help, but t was difficult communicating.
